REFORMER CIRCUIT - What the hype is all about?

If you’ve seen this new stranger “Reformer Circuit” pop into the regular schedule and wondered - What exactly is that all about?! We suggest you keep on reading… Reformer Circuit was introduced by popular demand for a more dynamic cardio class on the Reformer.

In this circuit cardio class we combine the best of both worlds to bring you a unique full-body workout:

-       High intensity

-       Timed circuit

-       Straightforward Reformer exercises

-       Banging playlist

 

Reformer circuit class is a 50-minute high-energy interval training class that focuses on strength, cardio and agility. The perfect mix of cardio and resistance and designed to make you sweat, laugh and ask for more! While this class is an open-level class, we do recommend you have a few Reformer Essentials classes under your belt before you jump straight in!
