At our Redfern location
Join us for a 90 minute Finnish sauna and ice bath session at our Redfern studio. Sauna and ice bath sessions are perfect for post-exercise recovery, or for taking a moment to pause and reset in a busy week.
The combination of sauna and ice bath together promote muscle recovery, improve circulation, reduce stress and can support immune function.
While sessions are communal, numbers are capped to ensure that everyone in attendance can enjoy the space. Bring a friend or partner, or take the time to relax on your own.
Finnish Sauna
Start in our Finnish sauna, where temperatures sit around 90 degrees. We recommend staying for 5-10 minutes in the sauna as a minimum, but feel free to stay longer.
Spoon some water onto to the hot rocks if you wish to raise humidity in the sauna, just be sure to check with the others in the sauna space first if that is also their preference.
The sauna is a quiet, communal space.
Shower
Move from the sauna straight to our showers. Rinse clear the sweat from the sauna. The shower will prepare you for your ice bath immersion.
Ice bath not for you? Try a cold shower.
Ice bath
Take the plunge into one of our ice baths (between 0-6 degrees) for an invigorating contrast. We recommend staying in 1 - 3 minutes.
Once exiting the ice bath, take a few minutes to sit and rehydrate, bringing your heart rate and core temperature back to normal before beginning the next cycle.
FACILITIES
We offer a complimentary towel for seating in the sauna. Please bring your own towel to shower afterwards, or bath towels will be available for hire.
We have lockers, showers and change rooms on site. Bring your own bottle to fill up, or cups will be available on site for hydrating during and after your sauna session.
Please note, our sauna & ice bath facilities are located upstairs with stair access only.

3 visits for $100 intro pack - Valid for 3 weeks from purchase
5 visits for $200 - Valid for 5 months
Unlimited and Crew membership holders get 10% off single visit and 5 packs.
To book a sauna session via the Scout Studios app, please visit the Schedule, select Appointments, click on SAUNA- Redfern, and choose whether to continue with or without additional spots. You can book with a friend!

Sauna and ice bath is not recommended for use during pregnancy, for those with a heart or circulatory condition, or those prone to dizziness/fainting. Please consult your healthcare professional first to check that sauna and ice-bath is safe for you to partake in. Scout Studios holds no responsibility for complications arising from use of our sauna & ice bath.
Minors are not permitted in our sauna and ice baths.
Our sauna sessions have a 12 hour cancellation window. Please cancel before 12 hours before your session to avoid forfeiting your booking pass.
