All memberships are a direct debit contract with a 12-week minimum commitment, after the minimum commitment the membership will continue to roll on but can be cancelled anytime with 7 days written notice on an active membership, by emailing hello@scoutstudios.com.au. There are no joining fees and memberships can be put on hold with one week’s notice - please email hello@scoutstudios.com.au.
Unlimited membership holders incur a fee of $15 for late cancellations (cancellations less than 4 hours before class start time and no shows. Crew membership holders will forfeit one of their classes for late cancellations and no shows. Failed payments on any memberships will result in a freeze on your account booking abilities until resolved. From February 1, 2025, our late cancellation window will increase to 6 hours. A no-show to class will incur a $20 charge.
Crew membership holders can book extra classes above and beyond their membership at a discounted rate - this will automatically apply at checkout when logged in. Crew and Unlimited Membership holders also get 10% off Sauna use at our Redfern location.

* Sauna & ice bath visit will appear as a booking credit within 1 week of sign up. This credit will be valid for 2 months and is not exchangeable for other credits, redeemable for cash, or able to be gifted. All sauna & ice bath visits must be pre-booked via our website or app.
