How long have you been coming to Scout Pilates? My partner Alexandra encouraged me to try it out some time between the lockdowns in May 2020. Pilates has really exceeded my expectations 

What keeps you coming back? Very pleasant surroundings, exceptional instructor people

Favourite class and why? Grandmaster Mandi for Essentials and April the OG for Jump. Challenging and thoughtfully constructed classes, delivered with energy

Favourite pilates position? Wrong answer, but I discovered foam rollers this year and have found them to be transformative

Enough Pilates chat, what in your life gives you the most energy? I've started sailing again after a 6-year break, it is great to get back into it, crewing for twilight races 

Tell us your favourite place to eat or drink in the Inner West and what you order when you’re there? Monday night is Vejoes for a Halloumi Burger. Date night is Odd Culture

What advice would you give to your 15-year-old self? Learn to code and/or buy Apple shares

What was the last text message you received? Kogan delivery notification (dog door, drone, Japanese toilet seat).

If you could travel ANYWHERE tomorrow where would you go? Snowy ski trip in Hakuba, that would be ideal!
